About the Program

Join instructors Karen MacKay and Sharron Maxwell for this popular contemporary form of YOGA.

CLASS 1 will focus on preparation for the golf, tennis and hiking season. With particular attention being paid to the strength and flexibility of the hips and shoulders as well as movement flow and breathing control.

CLASS 2 will follow a more traditional format including Sun salutations, building strength, flexibility, movement flow as well as breathing control. Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years this class will energize your body and calm your mind.
