About the program
Join instructor Lynne Fairey to explore several innovative approaches to meditation with the goal of improving mindfulness, concentration and relaxation. Technique focus will include stimulating the imagination, quieting negative thoughts, improving thought processes and conscious breathing practice.
Please bring: small notebook, pen and a sweater.
