My name is Kiran Mangat, and Iām the owner of the new Marble Slab Creamery in Varsity. While we are new to the Varsity community, we bring almost 10 years of experience in the ice cream business.
At Marble Slab Creamery, we serve premium ice cream made in-store in small batches. Our signature hand-rolled waffle cones and made-to-order ice cream creations allow every customer to customize their dessert exactly the way they like it.
