Paula Bickford is the owner/operator of Dance Through Life Adult Dance and Fitness School.  Since 2009, Paula has been offering quality instruction to adults of all ages.  Her passion for dance has lead her to teach dance and fitness classes full time.

Paula will be offering Canadian Step Dancing, Clogging, Just Dance (dance fitness) and Essentrics (one of the few instructors in Calgary) at the Varsity Community Center Fall 2025.

She is also a certified Zumba and Zumba Gold Instructor since 2009 and has been teaching Line Dancing for over 10 years.  She is also certified in LaBlast Dance Fitness and Hot Hula Fitness.

Paula has been offering lessons and special events at different venues around the city for over 15 years and continues to do so today.  She teaches at many 55 Plus Facilities in the City and has been an instructor at the Calgary Winter Club for the last decade.

She believes in the power of dance and music and encourages everyone ages 18 to 88 to join her!

Paula feels it is never too late to start dancing! She warmly welcomes everyone to the studio!
